EPG Projects Group is a head contractor based in Sydney. We work with owners, tenants, developers and consultants to deliver commercial fitouts, industrial refurbishments, and new commercial builds across the Sydney basin and wider New South Wales.
Our work is grounded in disciplined project planning, a long-standing subcontractor network, and a principal-led delivery model. Every engagement is run by a senior point of contact and supported by structured cost, programme and safety reporting throughout the build.

Commercial Office Fitouts
Workplace environments delivered with attention to brand, function, and the operational realities of a working business.
Scope covers strip-out and make-good, Cat A and Cat B fitouts, and joinery and furniture procurement. We programme around operational schedules to minimise disruption.

Industrial Refurbishment
Warehouse, manufacturing and logistics facilities upgraded to current standards while remaining operational where required.
Work includes structural upgrades, services and compliance improvements, and staged delivery in live environments. Safe access and workflow continuity are maintained throughout.

New Office Builds
End-to-end delivery from early feasibility through to handover, coordinated by a single point of accountability.
We manage design coordination, programme and cost control, and turnkey handover. Early feasibility and risk review inform a realistic build programme from the outset.
